What was the first book you ever wrote and what inspired you?
First World – book 1 of my Walker Saga. I wanted to create something that incorporated all of the aspects I love in a series. Kick-ass heroine, hot alpha males, soul mates, crazy and new fantasy creatures, new worlds, epic battles and a race to save the worlds.
Can you tell us about your work including titles and share your amazon links?
My Walker Saga is a YA paranorma/sci-fi seven book series (not standalone) that follows the battle to save the seven worlds in the Walker star-system. Abigail grows up on Earth only to discover she is from another world and is half-Walker (god like creatures that play in these 7 worlds). There are seven half-Walker females, each born on one of the planets.
First World – the mother planet of the star-system, all the other worlds are the ‘offspring’ in a manner.
Spurn – Water world, the inhabitants are hybrid and can exist above and below the water. They have one small section of land which is used for housing and some foods.
Crais – Fire world, this world has 2 suns and is too hot for most to survive above the ground, except for a period during the day when one sun eclipses the other and they can hunt.
Regali – Beast world, jungle planet where the inhabitants are hybrid animals.
Nephilius – Warrior world, cloud like planet, where ‘angel’ creatures battle for supremacy.
Dronish – Night world, energy vampires, that have almost destroyed their own planet, absorbing the sun and leaving behind just a half-moon for light.
Earth – As we know it, but overrun by gangs. (2035)
Abigail has to try and navigate the new worlds and find the half-Walker female needed to prevent the Seventine (bad Walkers) from absorbing all the energy tethers and destroying all the worlds.

Sinclair Stories are NA romance following the love and lives of the 4 Sinclair brothers. They are rich, politically connected and too sexy and damaged to be of use to any female. Except when the right one comes along, although in some cases, she has been there from the start.
Sinclair Stories (1 of 4 released but all standalone NA Romance).
What drew you in to the romance genre?
I LOVE love. Come on, who doesn’t?
Yes, most of us have been burnt, but I wouldn’t change those early days with all the crazy euphoric feelings for anything. Where you felt as if you would die without that other person. It made me feel alive and to this day, love is still one of the only emotions that can really change a person.
Is romance your favorite genre to read as well as write?
I enjoy paranormal romance, but ultimately there has to be romance in any book I read. It doesn’t have to be insta-love or crazy soul mate (although that’s my favourite), but I have to see that there is potential for lasting love.
Can you tell me something about yourself that may surprise your readers?
I have two daughters, 2.5yrs and 8mnths, and I write my books one handed on the laptop only during the period my youngest daughter naps on me. That’s it! haha hard to believe I have written much this year, but I ended up releasing 5 books in my first year of being published. So I can’t complain.
Are you excited to be a part of the upcoming Ropin Romance event?
Hell Yes! Love events, love the awesome people I get to meet, especially since I am in Australia and we don’t have many author things here.
What do you to to help with writers block?
I write! Sounds stupid, I know, but I just write down anything. Most of it’s crap and couldn’t be used, but sometimes in that crap there is a gem and the more I write out my block, the easier it gets to be able to always write. No matter what is happening in my life.
If you had to choose three words to describe what type of writer you are what would they be?
Fast paced, fun 😉
What is your author pen name and do you have more than one?
If you had to pick a favorite author who would it be? Too many. I enjoy Jennifer Armentrout’s work. JR Ward, LK Hamilton and on and on.
Since many of the readers that will be seeing this interview and participating in the takeover will be new fans. If you had to describe your writing style and books in a single sentence what would it be?
Action, adventures and romance; fast paced with kick-ass heroines who don’t need to be saved, but enjoy their alpha males anyway.
